By using GRG casting techniques, we produce a relatively lightweight product less expensive to ship and much less cumbersome to move or install than solid cast or natural stone counterparts. Although cast semi-hollow, each hand cast piece maintains the look and feel of natural stone. All pieces are hand made and finished in our California studio:
Lead Time: Please allow at least 4 to 6 weeks for the crafting of your order.
Samples: To order a sample portion of any of our pieces, please scroll down the individual item page for ordering options or go to the "Product Samples" page. Sample lead time is approximately 2 weeks.

Warranty
Pacific Stonecraft warrants its products to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship under normal and intended use for one year from the original and provable date of purchase. Replacement or repair, at the option of Pacific Stonecraft, of the defective piece will be the sole remedy of this warranty. Fissures, pits, etc. are merely Pacific Stonecraft's textural effects and are not defects nor do they in any way compromise the structural integrity of the pieces. Finishes are hand applied and may vary from submitted samples.
Shipping
Orders are crated and shipped via common carrier. Local orders may be shipped blanket wrapped. Customers may pick up their orders at our studio if they wish. The driver will deliver and unload the crate(s) at your residence, but will not uncrate or deliver the pieces inside. It is the responsibility of the customer to calculate and determine all installation and dimensional requirements for the intended use of the products as well as all equipment and labor required to unload, uncrate, and install the project at the desired location. Pacific Stonecraft is not nor will be liable for any damage, equipment rentals, labor costs, additional delivery charges, etc. in the event the customer does not fulfill these responsibilities.
All goods are shipped at the consignee's risk. Customer is responsible for the inspection of goods upon receipt for damage or loss caused by the shipment. Claims for loss or damage must be filed by the consignee with the carrier.
